It would also be a win given that Jaime Reyes/Blue Beetle isn't the most mainstream DC hero, yet he would be able to possibly outperform the bigger names of Shazam and Black Adam. Thus, the more popular and successful Blue Beetle is, the better. Their general reception and branding stock are seen as lower than ever due to the past two failures, and while T he Flash has many excited, early word on the second Aquaman movie is far from great. THAT SAID, just constantly seeing crossovers & mashups is less enchanting to me than a strong story.The fact that so many people - namely younger moviegoers - seem to be on board with Blue Beetle is a huge deal, especially given the current controversies surrounding Warner Bros. I don't think it's likely, but I don't think it's an impossibility either.
